Qualifications

• Maintain regular attendance and punctuality, with/without accommodation.
• Flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and/or holidays.
• Meet store policies and standards: quality beverages/food, cash handling, safety.
• 6 months customer interaction experience.
• 6 months delegating tasks to 2+ employees.
• Prepare/coach beverages/food to recipes or customized.
• Follow standard recipes and ingredient adjustments as requested.

Responsibilities

• Lead shift operations with craft and heart to create a welcoming space.
