You’ll guide daily operations, coach team members, and ensure quality beverages and food while maintaining store safety and cash handling standards. Qualifications

• Six (6) months of experience interacting with customers
• At least six (6) months of experience delegating tasks to 2+ employees
• Available to work flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and holidays
• Provide quality beverages and food to standard recipes or customized per customer
• Cash handling and store safety/ security responsibilities

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach the team to prepare beverages and food to standard recipes or customized for customers
• Direct work of others and coordinate tasks of multiple employees
• Ensure consistent attendance, punctuality and adherence to store policies
• Create a warm, welcoming space and brighten customers' day
