Qualifications

• Must have regular attendance and punctuality.
• Availability for flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and holidays.
• Experience handling customer requests and transactions.
• At least 6 months of customer-facing experience.
• At least 6 months of experience delegating tasks to a team.

Responsibilities

• Lead shift operations and ensure a welcoming store environment.
• Coach and delegate tasks to two or more employees as needed.
• Maintain quality beverages and food per standard recipes.
• Uphold store policies, safety and security measures.
