Qualifications

• Six months experience in a role requiring constant customer interaction.
• Six months experience delegating tasks to two or more employees.
• Six months of experience preparing beverages/food to standard recipes or customizations.
• Availability for flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends, nights or holidays.
• Maintain regular attendance and punctuality.

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations with craft and heart to make the coffeehouse welcoming.
• Coach and direct partners to deliver high-quality beverages and food to standard recipes.
• Uphold store policies, safety, cash handling, and security measures.
• Support growth opportunities and partner development.
