Job summary

Starbucks Coffee Company is seeking a Shift Supervisor in Mount Pleasant, SC to lead daily operations, mentor partners, and ensure high-quality beverage and food preparation. You’ll foster a welcoming environment, coach team members, and manage tasks to meet store standards.

Qualifications

• Six (6) months of experience in a position that required constant interacting with and fulfilling the requests of customers
• At least six (6) months of experience delegating tasks to other employees and/or coordinating the tasks of two or more employees
• Meet store operating policies and standards, including providing quality beverages and food products, cash handling and store safety and security

Responsibilities

• Lead with craft and heart to make the coffeehouse welcoming for the community
• Prepare and coach the preparation of food and beverages to standard recipes or customized for customers
• Direct the work of others and coordinate tasks of team members
• Maintain attendance, punctuality and provide exceptional customer service
