Job summary

Starbucks Coffee Company is seeking a shift supervisor to lead store operations and deliver exceptional customer experiences in Mount Pleasant, SC. You will coach team members, ensure quality beverages and food, and uphold store policies with a focus on safety and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Regular attendance and punctuality
• Flexible hours including mornings/evenings/weekends/holidays
• Adherence to store policies and quality standards
• Minimum 6 months’ customer-facing experience
• Food/beverage prep to standard recipes or customization
• At least 6 months’ experience delegating tasks to others

Responsibilities

• Lead with craft and heart to create a welcoming Starbucks space
• Ensure quality beverages and food per recipes and customer requests
• Coach and delegate tasks to team members during shifts
• Maintain cash handling, safety, and security policies
