Qualifications

• Six months of experience in a role involving constant interaction with customers
• Available to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and holidays
• Maintain store policies and standards: beverages, food, cash handling, safety
• Demonstrated ability to delegate tasks to two or more teammates
• Prepare and coach beverage/food preparation to standard recipes and customer requests

Responsibilities

• Lead shift with craft and heart to create a welcoming Starbucks experience
• Direct and coach teammates to provide high-quality beverages and customer service
• Ensure cash handling, safety, and store policies are followed
• Manage tasks and delegate duties to team during shift
