Qualifications

• Attendance and punctuality required.
• Flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and holidays.
• Quality beverages/food and cash handling per store policies.
• Minimum 6 months in a customer-facing role.
• Minimum 6 months delegating tasks to 2+ employees.

Responsibilities

• Direct and coach team members to deliver quality beverages and food.
• Ensure store operates safely and adheres to policies during shifts.
• Coordinate tasks for 2+ employees and support daily operations.
