Qualifications

• Six months of experience interacting with customers.
• Able to work flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays.
• Maintain quality beverages and food, cash handling, and store safety.
• Experience delegating tasks to others and coordinating two or more employees.
• Ability to lead and coach a team.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily shift with craft and heart to create a welcoming space.
• Oversee beverage and food preparation to standard recipes.
• Direct and coach team, assign tasks and monitor performance.
• Ensure store policies and safety compliance.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues.
