Qualifications

• Maintain regular attendance and punctuality.
• Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and holidays.
• Meet store policies: quality beverages/food, cash handling, safety.
• Six months’ customer-facing experience.
• At least six months’ experience delegating tasks to others.

Responsibilities

• Direct the work of others and coach partners on shift.
• Ensure quality beverages/food and customer service.
• Handle cash and maintain store safety and security.
• Engage with customers and support teamwork during busy periods.
