Job summary

Starbucks Corp. is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead with craft and heart, ensuring every beverage and food item meets standard recipes while delivering a welcoming experience for the community. You will coach and delegate tasks to a team, maintain store safety and policy adherence, and contribute to a positive, efficient store environment.

The role emphasizes flexible availability, strong communication, and team collaboration to brighten customers' day and support store operations.

Qualifications

• Six (6) months of experience in a position that required constant interacting with and fulfilling the requests of customers
• At least six (6) months of experience delegating tasks to other employees and/or coordinating the tasks of two or more employees
• Ability to direct the work of others and learn quickly
• Effective oral communication skills and knowledge of the retail environment
• Flexible availability including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and/or holidays

Responsibilities

• Lead with craft and heart to ensure quality beverages and food prepared to standard recipes
• Direct and coach team members to deliver excellent customer service
• Maintain store policies, cash handling, safety, and security standards
• Foster a welcoming space and build relationships with the community
