Job summary

This role requires flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. You will handle cash and safety procedures, train new partners, and adapt to flexible scheduling to meet business needs.

Qualifications

• Regular and punctual attendance with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and holidays.
• Meet store policies: quality beverages/food, cash handling, safety and security with/without accommodations.
• Six months of customer-facing experience.
• Prepare and coach beverage/food to recipes or customized orders.
• At least six months experience delegating tasks or coordinating 2+ employees.
