Qualifications

• Six (6) months of experience interacting with customers and fulfilling requests.
• At least six (6) months of experience delegating tasks to others and coordinating two or more employees.
• Ability to prepare beverages and food to standard recipes or customized for customers.

Responsibilities

• Lead with craft and heart to create a welcoming Starbucks experience for customers.
• Maintain regular attendance and punctuality; follow store policies and safety standards.
• Coach and delegate tasks to team members and ensure quality beverages and food.
• Support cash handling and uphold security and store controls.
