Job summary

Braum's is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead the store team and uphold our brand and service standards. This role oversees the food service, grocery, and fountain operations, while driving sales and ensuring quality and safety.

We offer a competitive compensation package with a bi-weekly bonus, a rotating 3-week schedule averaging about 45 hours, and comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401k with company match, and paid vacations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must be at least 21 years old.

Responsibilities

• Oversee shift operations of Braum's store, grocery market and fountain sales.
• Teach, coach and provide leadership to the store crew members.
• Maximize store sales through customer satisfaction and food quality.
• Monitor inventory and supply levels, kitchen equipment, safety and cleanliness as needed.
• Ensure Braum's store policies and practices are followed.
