Braum's is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead the store crew and ensure excellent customer service and product quality. You will oversee shift operations across Braum's food service, grocery, and fountain sales, coaching staff and driving sales while maintaining safety and quality standards.

The role requires 1 year of experience, a High School Diploma or GED, and a 5:30 am to 3:00 pm shift with a rotating 3-week schedule and an average 45-hour work week.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Retail experience preferred.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• 1 year minimum related experience.

Responsabilités

• Teach, coach and provide leadership to the store crew members.
• Maximize store sales through customer satisfaction and food quality.
• Oversee the shift operations of Braum's food service function, grocery market and fountain sales.
• Monitor inventory, kitchen equipment, safety and cleanliness as needed.
• Ensure Braum's store policies and practices are followed.
