Qualifications

• Six (6) months of experience in a position that required constant interacting with and fulfilling the requests of customers.
• Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and/or holidays.
• Meet store operating policies and standards, including quality beverages and food, cash handling, and store safety.
• Prepare and coach the preparation of beverages and food to standard recipes or customized for customers.
• At least six (6) months of experience delegating tasks to other employees and coordinating the tasks of two or more employees.
• Ability to direct the work of others; learn quickly; communicate effectively.
• Knowledge of the retail environment; strong interpersonal skills; teamwork and relationship building.
