Qualifications

• Six months of experience in a position requiring frequent customer interaction.
• Flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays.
• Prepare and coach food/beverages to standard recipes or customer specifications.
• Experience delegating tasks to others and coordinating two or more employees.

Responsibilities

• Lead with craft and heart to create a welcoming Starbucks store for the community.
• Ensure quality beverages and food, cash handling, and store safety and security.
• Coach team members in beverage/food preparation to standard recipes and specs.
• Direct the work of others and coordinate tasks across shifts to ensure smooth operations.
