Job summary

Qualifications

• Maintain regular and consistent attendance with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Available to work flexible hours that may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and/or holidays.
• Six (6) months of experience in a role requiring interaction with customers.
• Prepare and coach preparation of beverages/food to standard recipes or customized for customers.
• At least six (6) months of experience delegating tasks to others and coordinating activities.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily shift operations to ensure quality beverages and food.
• Coach and develop team members to meet service standards.
