Krispy Kreme is seeking Shift Supervisors in the Atlanta area to oversee daily shop operations and help the leadership team run smoothly. The role emphasizes safety, cleanliness, quality, and speedy service while empowering hourly Team Members and maintaining exceptional guest service.

The position requires at least two years of relevant experience, including one year in supervision, plus strong communication and problem-solving skills. Travel is limited, and US work authorization is required.

Qualifications

• Two years of relevant experience.
• 1 year of experience supervising a team.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Has a steadfast commitment to nurture an equitable, unbiased culture where our peeps are empowered to showcase their originality.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Travel 0-10%.
• Must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day operational excellence of the shop.
• Manage the flow of service to ensure the highest levels of safety, cleanliness, quality, and speed.
• Help build and lead high performance team of hourly Team Members.
• Assist AM/GM with scheduling, onboarding, training, and shop tours.
• Provide exceptional customer service to guests by nurturing a culture where all people know that their wonderfully original identities are welcomed & loved.
