Qualifications

• Six (6) months of experience in a position requiring customer interaction.
• At least six (6) months of experience delegating tasks to others and coordinating two or more employees.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily store operations and ensure quality beverages and food per standard recipes.
• Coach and delegate tasks to team members to maintain smooth shift flow.
• Maintain store safety, cash handling accuracy and customer service excellence.
