Qualifications

• Six months of experience in a customer-facing role.
• Able to delegate tasks to others and coordinate two or more employees.
• Prepare and coach beverage/food preparation to standard recipes or customized for customers.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team to prepare beverages and food to standard recipes.
• Coach and coordinate staff during shifts.
• Ensure quality beverages, food, cash handling, and store safety.
• Maintain welcoming, warm service and build customer relationships.
• Demonstrate flexibility with scheduling, including weekends and holidays.
