Qualifications

• Regular attendance and punctuality, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and holidays.
• Adherence to store policies and standards, quality beverages/food, cash handling and safety.
• Six months interacting with customers and fulfilling requests.
• Prepare beverages/food to standard recipes or customized recipes.
• Six months of delegating tasks or coordinating two or more employees.

Responsibilities

• Lead with craft and heart to make the coffeehouse a welcoming space for the community.
• Direct the work of others and delegate tasks as needed.
• Ensure high-quality beverages and food, and maintain store safety and standards.
• Provide strong customer service and effective communication within the team.
