Fazoli’s is seeking a Shift Supervisor in the Shawnee, KS area to oversee daily restaurant operations and lead the front-line team. This role focuses on delivering excellent guest experiences, maintaining food quality and cleanliness, and supporting the management team in achieving business goals.

The position emphasizes hands-on leadership, strong communication, and the ability to manage scheduling, cash handling, and training. Prior restaurant experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in food service, preferably in a supervisory or leadership role.
• Strong leadership and people-management abilities to guide a team.
• Excellent customer service skills and the ability to resolve issues quickly.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise team members during shifts to ensure tasks are completed efficiently.
• Deliver exceptional guest experiences by maintaining high service standards and resolving complaints.
• Oversee daily restaurant operations including food prep, inventory, cleanliness, and safety.
• Manage cash handling, opening/closing procedures, and staffing decisions to control labor costs.
• Schedule staff breaks and shifts to ensure coverage and smooth operations.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation rules across the restaurant.
• Make quick, effective decisions to resolve operational challenges and customer issues.
• Communicate with management and staff, and report issues or improvements.
