Job summary

Sonic Drive-In is seeking a supervisor to perform, lead, and supervise basic operational duties to provide quality products and service to guests. Responsibilities include leading station duties, onboarding new employees, and ensuring compliance with policies.

The role entails cleaning, sanitation, and maintaining standards in a fast-paced restaurant environment. The position requires regular attendance, with a minimum of 30 hours per week including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• General restaurant or retail knowledge

Responsibilities

• Lead station duties (fountain & frozen, dresser, front swamp, back swamp, grill, switchboard, expeditor, food prep, and drive-thru) as assigned
• Assist with new employee orientation and training
• Comply with all company policies, procedures, and standards
• Perform regular cleaning and sanitation duties
• Lead shift meetings
• Report customer or employee complaints to MOD
• Move and stock food products weighing up to 50 pounds
• Other duties as assigned
