• Valid Alcohol Seller/Server and Food Handler Certifications required.

Job Description: The Shift Supervisor is responsible for being responsive and empathetic to guest needs, driving innovation on the floor, and fostering a collaborative environment for all team members. They should be knowledgeable about Main Event operations and willing to assist across departments as needed.

Requirements:

• 6+ months with Main Event/Dave & Buster’s or 2+ years in a supervisory role

• Ability to deliver an exceptional guest experience
• Valid Alcohol Seller/Server and Food Handler Certifications

Daily Responsibilities:

• Maintain the facility’s appearance according to cleanliness standards
• Hold yourself and others accountable to high performance standards
• Collaborate with team members to improve processes and expand responsibilities
• Participate in weekly manager meetings as needed
• Communicate effectively through verbal and written mediums
• Respond empathetically to guest needs, driving improvement and innovation
