Morrison Living is hiring immediately for a full time SHIFT SUPERVISOR position at Grace Village Retirement Community, 337 Grace Village Drive, Winona Lake, IN 46590. The role offers a full-time schedule from 11:30 am to 8:00 pm, with occasional weekend coverage and a pay rate of $19.00 to $21.00 per hour.

The ideal candidate has prior supervisory and food service experience; a ServSafe certification is preferred.

Qualificações

• Prior supervisory experience and food service experience are required.
• A current ServSafe certification is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Direct the activities of associates during a shift and ensure job expectations are met.
• Train and create work schedules; evaluate performance and address underperformance.
• Prepare production or sales reports to meet quality, productivity and safety targets.
• Act as the primary contact for employee requests and time-off issues.
• Mentor employees and encourage advancement within the organization.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
