The ideal candidate has three years of supervisory experience. The schedule is Monday through Friday with weekends required; pay ranges from $23.00 to $25.00 per hour, depending on experience.

Qualifications

• Three years of prior supervisory experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide training and create work schedules.
• Evaluate worker performance and address disciplinary issues.
• Prepare production or sales reports for management and ensure quality, productivity, safety.
• Serve as a contact for employees with complaints or requests for time off.
• Mentor and develop employees toward advancement within the organization.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
