Job summary

Morrison Living is hiring immediately for part-time WAITER/WAITRESS positions at Grace Village Retirement Community in Winona Lake, IN. Shifts run 10:30 am–2:30 pm, 3:30 pm–7:30 pm, and 10:30 am–7:00 pm with rotating weekends and holidays. Prior serving experience preferred, training provided, uniform included, and shift meals offered.

Qualifications

• Prior serving experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and take food and beverage orders following standard service steps.
• Deliver food promptly and professionally; maintain safe food handling and sanitation standards.
• Advise guests on menu items and allergens; accommodate reasonable requests and note preferences.
• Coordinate with back-of-house staff to ensure correct orders and special requests are met.
• Promote a clean, safe dining environment and assist with after-service setup and cleanup.
