Responsibilities

• Direct the activities of associates during a specific shift and ensure completion of assigned job duties while upholding policy and procedure.
• Provide training and create work schedules.
• Evaluate workers' performance, reward high performers and address underperformance.
• Prepare production or sales reports for management and ensure quality, productivity and safety.
• Serve as the point of contact for employee requests or time-off needs.
• Mentor and develop employees and encourage advancement within the company.
