Responsabilidades

• Direct the activities of associates during a specific shift and oversee that assigned job expectations are completed while policy and procedure is maintained.
• Provide training and create work schedules.
• Evaluate performance, reward high performers and discipline underperforming staff.
• Prepare production or sales reports and ensure quality, productivity, and safety targets are met.
• Serve as contact for employee requests for time off and complaints.
• Mentor employees and encourage advancement within the organization.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
