Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, friendly service according to guidelines.
• Exhibit a professional image at all times.
• Perform duties of managers in their absence.
• Ensure food and products are prepared and served to recipes and standards.
• Aim for sales, service quality, appearance, and sanitation goals.
• Control cash and receipts per restaurant policies.
• Enforce alcohol awareness on a shift basis.
• Fill in where needed to maintain guest service and operations.
• Ensure deliveries are received in proper condition and policy-compliant.
• Correct unsafe practices or conditions and enforce policies.
• Understand health, safety, and labor regulations relevant to staff and guests.
