Job summary

Salt & Straw is hiring Shift Coordinators to support daily shop operations, coach teammates, and ensure exceptional guest experiences. You will handle service, scooping, hosting, and register duties while maintaining food safety and cleanliness.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months of food service, retail, or hospitality experience.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to coach and support team members in real time.
• Flexible availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily shop operations to ensure a smooth guest experience.
• Coach and support Team Members with real-time feedback and training.
• Scoop, host, operate the register, and maintain cleanliness and safety.
• Open/close shifts and manage daily tasks to meet shop standards.
• Assist with inventory, cash handling, and daily documentation.
