Job Title: SHIFT SUPERVISOR

Morrison Living is hiring immediately for a full-time Shift Supervisor position.

• Location: Cedarbrook Fountain Hill - 724 Delaware Avenue, Fountain Hill, PA 18015
• Schedule: Full-time, Monday - Friday, hours may vary. Must be able to work every other weekend and both morning and evening shifts. More details provided upon interview.
• Requirement: Dietary experience is a plus.
• Pay Range: $18.00 to $20.00 per hour.

Job Summary

Summary: Direct the activities of associates during a specific shift and oversee that job expectations are met while maintaining policies and procedures.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide training and create work schedules.
• Evaluate worker performance, reward high performers, and discipline employees who do not meet standards.
• Prepare reports for management ensuring quality, productivity, and safety standards are met.
• Serve as the contact for employee complaints or requests for time off.
• Mentor and develop employees, encouraging goal setting and advancement.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
