Job Overview:
The Team Leader’s primary responsibility is to drive sales by providing outstanding customer service, using selling techniques to build sales and customer loyalty, and maintaining a clean, neat, and easy-to-shop selling floor. The Team Leader is a role model of our Fun, Fresh, and Fast Selling Culture. The supervisory role supports the Outlet Management team in daily operations, including merchandise processing, signing, and pricing accuracy. The Team Leader must be versatile, assisting with Sales, Service, and Merchandising functions as needed based on business needs.
