We are hiring immediately for full-time SHIFT SUPERVISOR positions.

Location: LIU Winnick Dining - 720 Northern Boulevard, Greenvale, NY 11548. Note: online applications accepted only.

Schedule: Full-time schedule. Days and hours may vary; PM shift. More details upon interview.

Requirement: Previous food service supervisory experience is required.

Pay range: $17.00 per hour to $25.00 per hour

Job Summary

Summary: Direct the activities of associates during a specific shift and oversee that assigned job expectations are completed while policy and procedure are maintained.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Provide training and create work schedules.
2. Evaluate worker performance, reward high performers, and discipline employees who do not meet standards.
3. Prepare production or sales reports for management to ensure quality, productivity, and safety standards are met.
4. Serve as the contact for employee complaints or requests for time off.
5. Mentor, develop employees, and encourage goal setting and career advancement.
6. Perform other duties as assigned.
