Job Details

• We are hiring immediately for a full-time SHIFT SUPERVISOR position.
• Location: Harbor UCLA Medical Center - 1000 West Carson Street, Torrance, CA 90502. Note: online applications accepted only.
• Schedule: Full-time. Days and hours may vary; AM and PM shifts. Some weekends included. More details upon interview.
• Requirement: Previous supervisory experience preferred but not required.

Job Summary

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide training and create work schedules.
• Evaluate performance, reward high performers, and discipline as needed.
• Prepare reports and ensure quality, productivity, and safety standards.
• Serve as a point of contact for employee concerns and requests.
• Mentor and develop employees, encouraging goal setting and advancement.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
