Job Title: SHIFT SUPERVISOR

We are hiring immediately for full-time SHIFT SUPERVISOR positions.

Location: TISD - 701 Town North Drive, Terrell, TX 75160. Note: online applications accepted only.

Schedule: Full-time, Monday - Friday, 2:00 pm - 11:00 pm. More details upon interview.

Requirements: Two years of janitorial supervisory experience required. Valid driver’s license required.

Pay Rate: $14.00 per hour.

• Provide training and create work schedules.
• Evaluate worker performance, reward high performers, and discipline underperformers.
• Prepare production or sales reports and ensure quality, productivity, and safety standards are met.
• Serve as the contact for employee complaints or requests for time off.
• Mentor and develop employees, encouraging goal setting and advancement.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
