Morrison Healthcare is hiring immediately for a full-time SHIFT SUPERVISOR position.

Location: Atrium Health Union West - 1000 Healing Way, Matthews, NC 28104. Note: online applications accepted only.

Schedule: Full-time; days and hours may vary, rotating weekends. More details upon interview.

Requirements: Prior retail and Starbucks experience preferred. Willing to train!

Pay Rate: $21.06 per hour.

Job Summary: Direct activities of associates during a shift, ensuring job expectations are met while maintaining policies and procedures.

Essential Duties:

1. Provide training and create work schedules.
2. Evaluate performance, reward high performers, and discipline underperformers.
3. Prepare reports on production or sales for management, ensuring quality, productivity, and safety standards.
4. Serve as the contact for employee complaints or requests for time off.
5. Mentor and develop employees, encouraging goal setting and advancement.
6. Perform other duties as assigned.
