Job summary

Compass Group USA is hiring for a full-time Shift Supervisor at Richmond Robotics, San Francisco, CA. The role runs Wednesday through Sunday, 4:00 pm to 12:30 am, with a $30.00 per hour pay rate.

The incumbent will lead shift operations, train staff, manage schedules, and ensure safety and quality metrics are met. Ideal candidates have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role and are prepared to contribute to a team focused on efficiency and service excellence.
