Job summary

Bon Appétit is hiring a full-time Shift Supervisor (Catering) for the Pinterest site in San Francisco. You will direct associates during a shift, ensure tasks meet policy and quality expectations, and maintain safety standards.

Work hours are Monday through Friday, 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM, with event availability required. The role includes training, scheduling, performance evaluation, and serving as a point of contact for team members.

• Two years of supervisory experience required.
• Event availability required.

• Direct the activities of associates during a shift and oversee that assigned job expectations are completed while policy and procedure is maintained.
• Provide training and create work schedules.
• Evaluate the performance of workers, reward high performers and discipline underperformers.
• Prepare production or sales reports for management to meet quality, productivity and safety standards.
• Act as the contact person for employees with complaints or time-off requests.
• Mentor and develop employees and encourage advancement within the organization.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
