We are hiring immediately for this full‑time position.

• Location: Pinterest - 651 Brannan Street, San Francisco, CA 94107 (online applications only).
• Schedule: Monday through Friday, 5:30 am to 2:00 pm (full time). More details upon interview.
• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience preferred.
• Pay: $28.00 per hour, fixed.

Job Summary

Direct the activities of associates during a specific shift and oversee that assigned job expectations are completed while policy and procedure is maintained.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide training and create work schedules.
• Evaluate performance of workers, reward high performers and discipline employees who fail to meet reasonable standards.
• Prepare production or sales reports for management and ensure the unit meets expectations for quality, productivity and safety.
• Act as contact person for employees with complaints or requests for time off.
• Mentor, develop employees and encourage workers to set goals and strive for advancement within the organization.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
