  • We are hiring immediately for full-time Shift Supervisor positions.

Job Summary

Summary: Direct associates during a shift, oversee that job expectations are met while maintaining policies and procedures.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provide training and create work schedules.
  • Evaluate performance, reward high performers, and discipline underperformers.
  • Prepare reports for management to ensure quality, productivity, and safety standards.
  • Serve as the contact for employee complaints or requests for time off.
  • Mentor employees, encourage goal setting, and promote advancement.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
