Job Summary

Direct the activities of associates during a shift, ensuring that job expectations are met while maintaining policies and procedures.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Provide training and create work schedules.
  • Evaluate performance, reward high performers, and discipline underperformers.
  • Prepare reports for management, ensuring quality, productivity, and safety standards are met.
  • Serve as the point of contact for employee complaints or requests for time off.
  • Mentor and develop employees, encouraging goal setting and advancement.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
