Job Summary

Direct the activities of associates during a specific shift and oversee that assigned job expectations are completed while policy and procedure is maintained.

Location

New Braunfels Independent School District – 1000 North Walnut, New Braunfels, TX 78130. (Openings at other district locations available.)

Schedule

Full‑time shifts. Days may vary: 11:00 AM to 9:00 PM or 2:00 PM to 2:00 AM. Details discussed during interview.

Compensation

Pay: $16.00 – $17.50 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Provide training and create work schedules.
• Evaluate employee performance, reward high performers, and discipline those who fail to meet standards.
• Prepare production or sales reports for management and ensure unit meets expectations for quality, productivity, and safety.
• Serve as contact person for employee complaints or time‑off requests.
• Mentor employees, develop them, and encourage goal setting and advancement.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
