Job Summary

Direct the activities of associates during a shift and oversee that assigned job expectations are completed while maintaining policy and procedure.

Responsibilities

• Provide training and create work schedules.
• Evaluate employee performance, reward high performers, and discipline employees who fail to meet reasonable standards.
• Prepare production or sales reports for management and ensure unit meets expectations for quality, productivity and safety.
• Act as the contact person for employees with complaints or requests for time off.
• Serve as a mentor, develop employees, and encourage them to set goals and strive for advancement within the organization.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Compensation

Pay: $17.00 per hour to $19.00 per hour
