Overview

We are hiring immediately for a full-time SHIFT SUPERVISOR position.

Location: Longview ISD - 1301 East Young Street, Longview, TX 75602. Openings at other locations within the school district may be available. Online applications accepted only.

Schedule & Format

Full-time schedule; days and hours may vary. Evening shift. More details upon interview. (Full and Part Time with the flexibility to meet most scheduling needs.)

Compensation & Benefits

Fixed Pay Rate: $16.50 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Direct the activities of associates during a specific shift and ensure that assigned job expectations are completed in accordance with policy and procedure.
• Provide training and create work schedules for staff.
• Evaluate performance, reward high performers, and address performance issues.
• Prepare production or sales reports for management and ensure unit goals for quality, productivity, and safety are met.
• Serve as the contact person for employee concerns, complaints, or requests for time off.
• Mentor employees and encourage development and advancement within the organization.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
