SSC Services For Education is hiring a Shift Supervisor for a full-time night shift at Middle Tennessee State University in Murfreesboro, TN. The role directs associates on a shift, schedules work, trains staff, and ensures policy compliance while meeting quality, productivity and safety targets.

The position requires at least three years of supervisory experience, a Sunday-Thursday 11:00 pm–6:30 am schedule, and pays $18.00 to $19.00 per hour with a comprehensive benefits package and

Location: Middle Tennessee State University - 1642 MTSU Boulevard, Murfreesboro, TN 37132. (Openings at other locations within school district available) Note: online applications accepted only.

Schedule: Full time schedule; Sunday through Thursday, 11:00 pm to 6:30 am. More details upon interview. (Full and Part Time with the flexibility to meet most scheduling needs)

Job Summary

• Responsible for providing training and creating work schedules.


• Evaluating the performance of workers, rewarding high performers and disciplining employees who fail to meet reasonable standards of work performance.


• Prepare production or sales reports for management and ensure their unit meets the expectations for quality, productivity and safety.


• Act as the contact person for employees with complaints or requests for time off.


• May act as a mentor, develop employees and encourage workers to set goals and strive for advancement within the organization.


• Perform other duties as assigned.
