Morrison Living is hiring immediately for a full-time Shift Supervisor position.

• Location: Hoosier Village - 987 Cherryleaf Drive, Indianapolis, IN 46268. Note: online applications accepted only.
• Schedule: Full-time, Monday through Friday, including alternating weekends. Hours may vary; more details provided upon interview.
• Requirement: Three years of supervisory experience in a restaurant setting is preferred but not required.
• Pay Range: $20.00 to $23.00 per hour.

Job Summary

Summary: Direct the activities of associates during a shift, ensuring job expectations are met while maintaining policy and procedure.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide training and create work schedules.
• Evaluate performance, reward high performers, and discipline as needed.
• Prepare reports for management, ensuring quality, productivity, and safety standards are met.
• Serve as a contact for employee complaints or requests for time off.
• Mentor and develop employees, encouraging goal setting and advancement.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
