Job description

Job Title: SHIFT SUPERVISOR

We are hiring immediately for a full-time Shift Supervisor position at Southern Illinois Hospital Services, located at 405 Rushing Drive, Herrin, IL 62901. Online applications are accepted only.

Schedule: Full-time, Monday through Friday, including evenings and weekend rotation. More details will be provided during the interview.

Requirements: No experience necessary. Willing to train!

Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide training and create work schedules.
• Evaluate employee performance, reward high performers, and address underperformance.
• Prepare reports for management to ensure quality, productivity, and safety standards are met.
• Serve as the contact for employee complaints or requests for time off.
• Mentor and develop employees, encouraging goal setting and advancement.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
