Job Description: Shift Supervisor at Crothall Healthcare

Location: Southern Illinois Hospital Services - 405 Rushing Drive, Herrin, IL 62901. Note: online applications accepted only.

Schedule: Full-time, Monday through Friday, including evenings and weekend rotation; details provided during interview.

Requirements: No experience necessary; training provided.

Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour.

Job Summary

Summary: Oversee activities of associates during a shift, ensuring completion of tasks while maintaining policies and procedures.

Essential Duties:

• Provide training and create work schedules.
• Evaluate performance, reward high performers, and discipline underperformers.
• Prepare reports on production or sales for management.
• Serve as contact for employee complaints or requests for time off.
• Mentor employees, encourage goal setting and advancement.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
